Paint Mixer Working Principle

The paint mixer is used to mix liquid and solid materials filled into the tank by moving them upward, downward and sideways, creating a homogeneous consistency inside the vessel. Column mixers are generally used in the chemical, paint and food industries.

How to Use a Paint Mixer?

• Raise the mixer using the control panel.
• Place the wheeled tank under the column mixer and press the button on the control panel to fix it.
• Lower the mixer into the tank by pressing the upper button on the control panel.
• Adjust the desired rotation speed.
• Start the paint mixer by pressing the start button.
• After mixing is completed, press the stop button to turn off the mixer.
